Satisfaction is guaranteed for Rolling Stones fans on Sunday 10 March when local tribute band Get Stoned are welcomed back to Fletchers after last year's sensational show.
Just a few months after releasing their first single "Come On" in 1963 The Rolling Stones played one of their first ever gigs outside London and their first ever in Birmingham at King's Heath's old burnt down Ritz Ballroom directly opposite Fletchers Bar. Joining Brian, Mick and Keith on the tiny stage were Bill Wyman and Charlie Watts. The day after they returned to London to play at the Great Pop Prom at the Royal Albert Hall! And when they returned to Birmingham the following year they played the much larger venues of the Hippodrome and the Town Hall. They then went onto become the world's greatest Rock and Roll Band in the world selling over 200 million albums.
Get Stoned are a brilliant local tribute band to the world's greatest rock 'n' roll band. Expect to hear most of The Rolling Stones greatest hits including Jumpin' Jack Flash, (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction, Brown Sugar and Miss You.
Come along to sing, dance and have fun. It's only rock'n'roll and you'll like it!".
Tickets for the afternoon show that starts at 3 p.m. cost just £5 from the Kitchen Garden Cafe on York Road or £5.50 from
Any remaining tickets will cost £6 on the door
